Position Description

As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Support of third-party laboratory testing and its associated internal documentation, including processing payment/invoices, logistical coordination, packing, and shipping product, obtaining quotes and documentation
  • Data entry, including maintaining trending data and internal databases
  • Coordinate periodic sterilization audit schedules and sample collection
  • Respond to questions from internal and external customers
  • Route documents for approval
  • Scan hard copy documentation into databases
  • Participate in projects to improve the overall efficiency of processes within RA/QS
  • Learn and understand relevant domestic and international standards and regulations related to biocompatibility and sterility
  • Order supplies as needed

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 year degree or equivalent years of experience in a regulated or quality assurance environment
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in an office environment. Medical device industry preferred
  • Must be capable of working within a team environment, striving to meet or exceed customer expectations, and committing to continuous improvements in quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Assertive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Friendly, good attitude, customer-service oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
