Position Description

As a People Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Developing and improving Team Member Relations (Human Resources) processes through compiling and analyzing data, translating analysis into reporting, communications, and insights for decision making by organizational leaders
  • Supporting to improve understanding and use of data analysis tools and information by Team Member Relations (Human Resources) and other cross-functional teams
  • Developing and contributing to team member engagement processes and initiatives
  • Conducting data analysis in supporting and planning for development processes, including but not limited to: Performance Development, Goal Setting and Team Member Engagement
  • Planning, developing and implementing the use of organization-wide engagement surveys, initiative-specific surveys, and performance processes
  • Assessing programs and processes to measure impact and improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Preparing and deliver professional and thorough reports for leadership
  • Partnering with cross-functional groups to maintain standards and practices for data and process consistency to support integrated systems
  • Translating analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Translating business needs and technical data requirements into processes
  • Serving as a resource for cross-functional teams on processes, tools, practices, and insights
  • Contributing to other projects as needed

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in HR or Data analysis
  • Previous experience in process and systems development and analytics
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a good working relationship with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and improve processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of survey development

  • Ability to lead, train and develop others

  • Possess a technical and hands-on approach to problem solving

  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, survey programs and team members development programs

  • Must be flexible, willing to learn and perform other duties as needed
