Associate Training Implementation Specialist

Position Description

As an Associate Training Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • During your first 30 days, you will spend time learning and familiarizing yourself with departmental processes, systems, and procedures
  • In the first 60 to 90 days, you will be exposed to and assist with the preparation and implementation of training programs, including but not limited to new hire training and team member continuing education
  • By the end of your first year, you will help lead the preparation and implementation of a set of training courses
  • On an ongoing basis, you will support and enhance existing programs and processes by collaborating with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks
  • Organize, schedule, and implement in-person organization-wide workshops
  • Serve as the main contact to assist team members with their needs prior to and during training
  • Maintain learning management system (LMS) standards, policies, and procedures

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or administration
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize the daily workload in a rapidly changing environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and superb follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook


The following skills and attributes are preferred:

  • College degree
  • Previous logistics/event coordination experience
