Position Description

As an Inspector, RGA, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities: 

  • Inspect and process returned products and materials
  • Decontaminate/disinfect product
  • Utilize technical measuring devices to determine product conformance in accordance with specifications and end product requirements
  • Use ERP and eQMS software to document and maintain accurate records of inspection results
  • Coordinate, liaise, and participate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Organize and prepare service orders and returns for record retention

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or 21 CFR part 820
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Effective oral and written communication/presentation skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude, and customer service oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred

The following skills and attributes are preferred: 

  • Working knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience or medical device manufacturing
  • Knowledgeable of inspection and decontamination/disinfection techniques and procedures in a bloodborne pathogen environment
