Position Description

As a Field Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Support the Field Implementation and Clinical Education Teams to maintain adequate inventory, test equipment, process product orders, and ship instruments/product/supplies to Clinical Education or Field Implementation Training events
  • Assist with the Logistics team’s training and development while initiating process improvements and implementations
  • Track all incoming products, recycle unused products and maintain inventory
  • Process tradeshow requests
  • Receive and count competitive product exchanges
  • Test, maintain and care for Clinical Education and Field Operations lap trainers, generators, projectors and other reusable equipment
  • Support Simulation Team to maintain skin supply and recycle trays
  • Support International Clinical Education efforts
  • Process all product order forms submitted through CRM workbook
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to purchase needed products and services

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • One to two years of experience working in a shipment and warehouse environment
  • High School diploma with some college experience
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication and writing skills
  • Highly detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a group
  • Comfortable lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
