Position Description

As a Project Coordinator - Facilities Administration, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Administrative support duties for Facilities Maintenance and Operations Maintenance teams which includes preparing purchase requisitions, coding and follow-up.
  • Assist on projects which including space enhancements, furniture reconfigurations, and building signage.
  • Provide Help Desk support by distributing maintenance work orders, following up and closing tickets.
  • Build relationships with customers; gather information to properly fill requests
  • Exhibit and practice courteous, timely and professional communication through all customer (external and internal) interactions

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of two years administrative and coordination support duties
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external customers


The following skills and attributes are preferred:

  • Experience with SAP and CAFM
  • Bachelor's Degree
